Who’s handling your Lease?

Robert S. Welling  “Bob”

Bob brings more than forty years combined knowledge of finance, investment banking, and equipment lease experience to his position as President and CEO.

He’s responsible for the approval process for all applications submitted to Enterprise.  He oversees the preparation of lease documents, and computerization of all record keeping activites.

Bob’s sharp focus on current financial trends, and extensive market analysis keep us in step with the needs of today’s changing business world.

In order to gain a better understanding of the needs of our customers, and to foster a continuing relationship, Bob will often arrange a company visit with prospective lessees.

• Prior to establishing Enterprise, Bob was general manager of two nationwide leasing companies.
• He spent thirteen years on Wall Street, including a position as Director of Corporate Finance for a member firm of the NYSE.
• He has formerly registered with the New York Stock Exchange, the Chicago Board of Trade, and the National Association of Security Dealers.
• Bob has been a member of the New York Society of Security Analysis, and has served on the ethics and planning committees for the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors.
• Bob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Babson College, and has served as director of its National Alumni Association.  He is involved with a number of organizations, including Rotary International, having served as president of the Needham Club.

Micky “With Money” Stone

As Vice President of Sales, and Director of the Corporation, Micky’s thirty plus years of experience are a solid foundation of her vital role in our organization.  Since 1981, she has headed the sales force at Enterprise.

She was formally trained as an early childhood educator, and had been tenured in the Newton, MA school system prior to teaching in Canada and in Ann Arbor, MI.

Before joining Enterprise, Micky was director of sales and public relations for a Sheraton affiliated hotel. 

Micky is involved with many organizations, including the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, for which having served as a member of the Board of Directors for six years.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Lesley College.

Dr. Morton Galper

Dr. Galper is an active participant on Enterprise’s Board of Directors.  He was Dean of the Babson College Center for Executive Education,  he’s also a Dartmouth Graduate Cum Laude, and received his Doctorate from Harvard University School of Business.  Mort teaches international marketing, not just at Babson, but across the globe including such places as the Czech Republic and France.
